We're looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented, passionate, energized, and committed Prep/Line/Sauté COOK that can be a member of our team and that will contribute day-to-day to the success of our fast-paced operation. We're not looking to hire for the sake of hiring - we want to add an individual to the team that is truly going to enhance our operation and that takes pride in his/her work product. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Minimum 1 year of experience in a medium/high-volume kitchen is required. Commitment to sanitation procedures is a must. Ability to work as a positive, contributing member of a team is absolutely required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Prep Station with all necessary items for service
Prepare, Cook and Plate all items according to SPCC standards
Ensure Quality of all Products
Maintain cleanliness of Station throughout the entire shift
Qualifications and Skills
Attention to detail
Must work well with others
Must work quickly in a safe and effective manner
Need to have consideration for guests and maintain a professional demeanor
Ability to multitask in a high-volume restaurant setting
Lift 50 lbs

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
