POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced Prep Cook with a genuine passion for providing the highest level of hospitality and service to our guests.

Prep Cooks assist the chefs in preparing dishes as part of a team and perform kitchen task such as prepping ingredients and setting up workstations according to the Daily Prep List. Successful candidates must be able to multitask, manage time efficiently, excel in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized and detail-oriented. PREP COOK RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

Have full knowledge of our restaurant's food offerings and beverage program Fluent in our cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules and restaurant policies Adhere to the Chef s specifications, restaurant standards, kitchen rules and restaurant policies and procedures Handle basic cooking duties such as measuring ingredients and preparing food products (washing, chopping, peeling etc.) Ensure all food items and tools are properly stored Organize and maintain cleanliness of workstations Monitor and aide control of food waste Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the Manager on duty Be available to fill in as needed to ensure a smooth and an efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the Manager or immediate supervisor Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure Embody and deliver on exceptional service and hospitality REQUIREMENTS 2 years of previous/relevant experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant Relevant certificates, licenses (Ex.
