We are seeking a detail-oriented Weigh Up Technician to join our first shift team in the Soup Room. This role is crucial for ensuring that all ingredients are accurately prepared according to our high standards, contributing to the quality of our soups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately measure and weigh ingredients according to recipes.

  • Monitor ingredient quality and consistency to ensure compliance with standards.

  • Adhere to all food safety and quality guidelines, including HACCP.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • At least one year of experience in a production or factory setting; food production preferred.

  • Familiarity with safety and hygiene standards in food production.

  • Able to follow detailed instructions and perform basic mathematical calculations.

  • Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
