What You'll Do:
Weigh and measure ingredients with precision according to specific recipes.
Ensure ingredients meet strict food safety and quality standards, including adherence to HACCP guidelines.
Stage and prepare ingredients in a clean and organized workspace, ensuring perishable goods are stored properly.
Work with food ingredients such as dairy, grains, vegetables, and proteins-ensure you're comfortable with potential allergens or religious dietary restrictions.
Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to maintain consistency and quality throughout production.
Maintain clear and complete documentation of processes and follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout for equipment.
Work Conditions:
Environment: You'll work in cold, hot, and damp areas, including cooking, refrigerated, and freezer spaces. Floors may be wet, and you'll be on your feet most of the shift.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift to 50 lbs., bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks.
