Lead and directs Commercial Premium Audit activities for Customer Segments and all lines of business, ensuring effective delivery of service to all levels of internal and external customers. Collaborates with leadership and directs teams to assure strategic, operational and developmental goals of the functional are met.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1.Leads and directs the work activities and has full management responsibility for a diverse team of both exempt and non-exempt employees, including the performance and development of subordinate staff in accordance with corporate strategic direction.
2.Establishes and maintains strong working relationship with internal and eternal customers. Assists subordinate supervisors in resolving issues, acting with a sense of urgency and taking accountability for resolution.
3.Meets with internal and external customers to review service level agreements and cultivate process improvement opportunities. Prepares high level cost benefit analysis and implements changes. Focuses on increased responsiveness, resolving issues and continuously raising the quality of work.
4.Makes decisions utilizing data management tools and key metrics; ensures business alignment and commitment.
5.Develops financial plans and budgets and establishes strategic and long-term performance goals.
6.Responsible for staying up to date on trends and developments within functional area of expertise as well as the insurance industry.
7.Ensures strategic plan implementation is consistent with department/corporate goals, including stretch goals, policies, quality assurance and growth objectives, driving transactional excellence.
8.Ensures customer satisfaction, quality and financial results are met.
May perform additional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
1.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
2.Typically a minimum of 5 years management experience.
3.Minimum of 5 years Field Premium Audit experience required.
4.CPCU or APA designation a plus.
5.Knowledge of multiple state regulator requirements.
