Our Sales and Marketing Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell PwC's brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluate our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

  • Key business issues our clients are facing and aligns our go-to-market strategy and point-of-view(s) around those issues; and,

  • Social media and Client Relationship Management tools.

Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Researching, evaluating and analyzing data;

  • Contributing to the development of a social media strategy and execution of the strategy;

  • Reporting on measurement and tracking of results of marketing programs and Return On Investment (ROI); - Collaborating with executive leaders and team members;

  • Executing project management skills and the ability to communicate clearly when writing, speaking and/or presenting to others;

  • Utilizing research and evaluate possible alternatives to leverage the information to develop enhanced plans;

  • Leveraging existing tools to make recommendations; and,

  • Using critical thinking skills and ability to identify internal barriers and resource constraints.

Facilities Technicians at data centers operate, monitor, and support physical facilities conditions. Some of these duties will include heating and cooling of air and water, power supply, generators, UPS systems, electrical distribution, and control and monitoring systems. In this role, you train alongside experienced technicians and may regularly help inspect, maintain, and repair various data center systems such as piping and non-critical electrical or mechanical system components. The Associates Facilities Technician is a training role, where you will learn Google systems and tools in order to create a solid technical foundation. It is expected those in this role will grow their mission critical skills and maintenance skills to grow into trade with journey level experience and knowledge. Minimum qualifications: * Currently enrolled in an Associate's degree program, trade school certification or other verifiable training in a relevant technical field (CMCO, SMT, etc.). * Experience in Mechanical/Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC),or electrical. * Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends, holidays and on shift-based schedules. * Ability to lift and move 50 lbs of equipment, work on platforms, ladders and under raised floors. Preferred qualifications: * Experience at Apprenticeship or Technician level in a critical environment. * Ability to learn quickly and address issues as they arise during normal working hours or when on-call. * Comfortable performing repetitive technical and manual work. * Contribute to operations, maintenance, and repairs of non-production facilities systems. * Assist senior technicians (e.g., assess a systems' working order or read blueprints/schematics). * Follow approved procedures and acquire knowledge of procedural development processes. * Assist in the resolution of tickets and work orders.
