General Purpose:

The Premier Customer Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining, growing and acquiring new revenue from the existing base of Premier customers. They will focus on building relationships with the premier base of customers and are required to achieve a combination of monthly quota of new revenue, as well as a quarterly UCx bundle quota from the sales of additional services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build a working relationship with all Premier Accounts assigned in their base

  • Ensure that we have appropriate relationships with key decision makers and influencers throughout all departments within your customer's organization

  • Manage all sales opportunities into that base. This would include, but not limited to, all up sell opportunities; introduction of all TPx services not currently being used; review of customers current application resulting in the recommendation of any improvements

  • Manage all renewal opportunities within their base in order to retain customers and revenue

  • Identify and manage all support issues for their accounts through the Premier Support Reps

  • Manage the overall revenue of their base, including the minimization of controllable churn

  • Identify High Risk Customers and request assistance at appropriate levels within TPx

  • Responsible for Quarterly and Annual Customer Reviews, Quarterly Face-to-Face Meetings with all customers in base, Monthly customer touches

  • Record all customer interactions within the TPx tpCRM database

  • Responsible to decrease churn, credits, order cancellations year-over-year

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with all decision makers within customer base

Desired Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in Managed Services, Unified communications, UCaaS, and Telecom Carrier Sales/Support with Enterprise Customers

  • Proven Sales and Customer Retention Results

  • Valid Driver's License along with Proof of Insurance.

  • No DUIs within the past 3 years

  • No more than three (3) points on driving record

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Above average knowledge of voice and data services

  • Strong people skills

  • Negotiation Skills

  • Excellent Computer skills

  • Should be proficient in all Microsoft applications

  • Ability to interact at all customer management levels including all C-Level employees

  • Must be proficient and fluent in the English language

  • Must have the ability to regularly communicate in a manner that is respectful, professional and collaborative

Special Requirements:
50% Traveling to customer sites throughout California, Nevada, and Texas

Supervises the day to day operations within the patient accounting function including supervising staff; ensures accurate billing, follow up and collection of bills and refunds of revenue; and, ensures that the unit meets laws, regulations and guidelines governing billing and collections in a health care facility. Additional and/or Preferred Position Requirements * Previous experience in managing Hospital billing * Previous experience in managing Physician billing * Previous experience in managing Government payer follow up /collections * Knowledge and understanding of provider based billing regulations * Knowledge and understanding of Government billing regulations * Epic experience preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Physical Requirements Knowledge of: Supervisory theories and principles; Hospital and departmental policies and principles; laws, rules, regulations and standards governing finances and financial reporting in health care facilities; generally accepted accounting principles (G.A.A.P.); billing and collection theories and principles; department and hospital safety practices and principles; patient rights; infection control policies and practices; handling, storage, use and disposal of hazardous materials; department and hospital emergency response policies and procedures. Skill in: Reviewing and analyzing billing and claims reports; implementing and enforcing contracts of care providers; implementing employee audit plans; resolving complex billing and collection problems; writing financial and technical reports; developing interpersonal relations with a variety of people; using computers and related software applications; communicating with a wide variety of people from diverse socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds; establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all personnel contacted in the course of duties; efficient, effective and safe use of equipment. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Mobility to work in a typical office setting and use standard office equipment, stamina to remain seated for extended periods of time, vision to read printed materials and a VDT screen, and hearing and speech to communicate effectively in person and over the telephone. Strength and agility to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a eligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
