The Prelude/Grand Central Application Lead is responsible for the overall design, build, maintenance, quality assurance, testing, and implementation of the Epic Prelude/Grand Central and Real-Time Eligibility applications. Working with the Enterprise Registration Director, the Team Lead will oversee the development of appropriate standardized patient access workflows across Froedtert Health and Medical College of Wisconsin, is responsible for developing and maintaining team specific policies and procedures, leads resource allocation activities, and provides support and mentoring actives for their respective team.

The incumbent must be very knowledgeable in the technical aspects and integrated functionality of Epic Clinical and Revenue Cycle applications including Inpatient, Ambulatory, HOD, Prelude, Cadence, and Resolute applications and is expected to take a lead role in identifying and resolving operational and technical system issues which have an enterprise-wide impact on patient access workflows. Promotes customer service standards established by the organization and department. Other duties as assigned.


A minimum of five years of work experience in hospital revenue cycle or information technology role directly impacting system design and build of patient access related services is required. A minimum of one year of experience implementing or supporting Epic or electronic health records (EHR) is required.

Previous team leadership experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business administration or related field is required. Appropriate Epic certifications are required.

The Construction Specialty Markets Relationship Manager will be responsible for marketing Wells Fargo Equipment Finance's (WFEF) full suite of financial products, including tax oriented leasing and term loan products to contractors and supporting end users and select distributors in the infrastructure construction industry. Typical client profile will be entities with revenues exceeding $100 million annually. Marketing strategies will include direct calling activity, referrals from Wells Fargo entities, manufacturer referrals, and industry networking. The applicant will be responsible for the full customer life cycle from prospect identification to relationship management. The territory is the Central United States. The individual filling this position will be a key contributor to the success of WFEF in the construction equipment finance market and will be a part of the group's senior leadership team. Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following, and adhering to and if applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions.
