Felician University is currently seeking experienced, dedicated, and academically qualified nursing specialists to teach in the School of Nursing. Candidates should have experience teaching in both traditional and online venues and must be willing to successfully complete Felician online certification. S/he must have an educational background in the fundamentals of the discipline, as well as a wealth of real-world experience to bring to class discussions and case analyses.

Half-Time, 10-Month, Exempt

Department:

School of Nursing, Prelicensure Division

Required Education:

Master's of Science in Nursing required, doctoral degree preferred. Faculty teaching in the graduate program must have an earned doctoral degree or be currently enrolled in doctoral studies

Qualifications:

• Licensure in NJ as a Registered Nurse. Graduate Faculty must have national certification and NJ Board of Nursing licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

• Practice experience in area of specialization

• Previous teaching experience

• Willingness and ability to support and promote the Felician Franciscan mission and core values of the University.
