The Role

As a Marketing Associate, you will be focused on one of the hottest and in-demand digital marketing strategies, data-driven predictive marketing. In this role you'll blend your business and digital marketing expertise with a passion for guiding clients through a tailored, multi-channel journey that is based on customer data, behavior, and AI insights.

Working within a cross-functional team of product marketers, segment marketers, digital marketers, and advanced analytics professionals, you will use your expertise to develop repeatable predictive marketing programs focused on bringing innovative content personalization to financial advisors at key points in their buying journey. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Fidelity Institutional (FI) Digital Engagement marketing team, while working closely with the broader FI and Asset Management marketing and sales teams.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field

  • 3+ years of successfully developing and implementing marketing or sales strategies

  • Experience in B2B companies preferred, but not essential

  • Proficiency in marketing automation to personalize, drive traffic, convert leads into clients, and then nurture them (using customer journey mapping)

  • Data and analytics mindset, a creative problem solver

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools. Familiarity with Salesforce products preferred

  • Proficiency with online marketing and digital channels (email, social, web)

  • Ability to manage multiple programs at once with a superior level of detail orientation, accountability, and ownership

  • Strong PowerPoint and meeting facilitation skills

  • Willingness to brainstorm and ask questions that drive innovation

  • Mange timelines with marketing teams and sales partners

  • Work independently to drive project completion in a highly matrixed environment while building trusted relationships with team members

  • Interest in AI, predictive analytics, and automation

The Team

The FI Digital Engagement team is looking for a curious, passionate, and data-driven marketer who has a strong digital marketing, product marketing, or digital sales experience / revenue marketing experience and enjoys working in a fast-paced cross-functional environment. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data and predictive marketing opportunities, developing, and implementing predictive marketing plans, working closely with marketing, sales, and advanced analytics counterparts to coordinate content, technology integration, messaging, and measurement of outcomes.
