Pre-K aide must have a Child Development Associate credential (CDA) or equivalent 9 hours of approved coursework in child development, at a minimum.

To assist Pre-K teacher and other school personnel by performing assigned tasks. Ability to relate and work with children in a positive manner.

Require basic English and math skills, effective oral and written communications. Basic knowledge of technology. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work cooperatively and maintain confidentiality.

Pre-K aide must have a Child Development Associate credential (CDA) or equivalent 9 hours of approved coursework in child development at a minimum or have a valid Alabama Educator Certificate, Bachelor's Degree (minimum) in Early Childhood. If applicant has not bad a background check one will be required before employment is finalized.
