Faulkner University's College of Education is currently seeking qualified individuals to apply for the Auxiliary Pre-K Teacher Pool. Candidates that apply for these future openings must demonstrate a commitment to the development of Faulkner University's Pre-K program as part of Alabama's First Class Pre-K program. Faulkner University is a Christian university affiliated with the churches of Christ.

This is a full-time, 10-month position.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required

  • Must also possess a Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or appropriate coursework in the field of Early Childhood Education or Child Development (9-12 hours in Child Development/ECE) from a regionally accredited institution

  • Active member of the church of Christ

This position will work directly at the client site at the Client's Office located in Little Rock, AR. Our office is located at 4525 EXECUTIVE PARK DRIVE, MONTGOMERY, AL, 36116. We offer 6 weeks of training. Primary Responsibilities: * Serve as liaison between internal customers and external customers to facilitate member level issue resolution and respond to inquiries * Establish and maintain effective relationship with assigned client * Investigate and manage escalated member level issues through root cause analysis and communicate outcome (in person, telephonically or via written communication) to internal partners or external clients * Serve as liaison between internal customers and external customers to facilitate member level issue resolution and respond to inquiries * Track, trend, and proactively review accounts for service opportunities * Drive process improvement based on trend analysis * Identify and report system problems in relation to benefit installation and interpretation * Complete ad hoc report requests and analysis and submit to customer research team as needed * Document and track all issues and activities accurately within the issue tracking database * In addition to all of the above the Service Account Manager will perform some or all of the following: * Present at retiree meetings including Open Enrollment and other education events * Attend client meetings and present member related issues and outcomes * Travel and assist AMT with client and retiree meetings as requested * Drive excellence in service within organization and across organization by providing feedback to Operations on service failures * Strengthen relationship with Account Management Teams and external customers * Travel to meet with UnitedHealthcare Operations Advocacy and Account Management Team on an as needed basis You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: * High School Diploma / GED (or higher) * 4+ years of account management experience * 2+ years of business project management experience * 2+ years of healthcare industry experience * Active license in resident state for Accident & Health OR the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment * Experience in working with Medicare Insurance * Experience with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel (ability to sort, filter, and create simple spreadsheets), Microsoft PowerPoint (creating slides and presentations), and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management) * Ability to travel up to 25% of the time * Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role.
