The Project Coordinator aids the Project Manager and Production Manager with document management, scheduling assistance, material requisition, submittals, RFIs, and provides other administrative support.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Document Management:*

Assist in the organization and management of project documents, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and records both electronically and physically. * Coordinate document distribution to internal teams, subcontractors, and clients as needed.Scheduling Support:*

Assist the Project Manager in developing project schedules and timelines. * Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed to ensure adherence to deadlines. * Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to schedule deliveries, installations, and other project activities.Communication and Coordination:*

Serve as a liaison between the Project Manager and internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. * Communicate project updates, requirements, and changes to relevant stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. * Coordinate meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities as directed by the Project Manager.Quality Control Assistance:*

Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure that prefabricated panels meet industry standards and client specifications. * Conduct regular inspections and quality checks as directed by the Project Manager.Administrative Support:*

Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing expense reports. * Assist in procurement activities, such as obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.Minimum Qualifications: * Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role preferred. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software. * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is a plus.At Advanced Exterior Systems our Company has a track record of hiring, developing, and promoting quality performers of excellent character.
