Job Description Conduct detailed feasibility studies to evaluate potential construction projects.

Analyze site conditions, zoning requirements, and regulatory constraints. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to develop project concepts and preliminary designs. Create comprehensive project schedules outlining key milestones and deliverables.

Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and resource allocation. Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or delays. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Conduct risk assessments and create contingency plans to address unforeseen issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Oversee the procurement process for materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

Prepare and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors. Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that project specifications are adhered to. The Successful Applicant Construction Knowledge : Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, methods, and industry standards. Cost Estimation Skills : Proficiency in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates and budgets.

Project Scheduling : Ability to create and manage project schedules, including critical path analysis and timeline adjustments. Design Coordination : Competence in reviewing and coordinating design documents and specifications. Feasibility Analysis : Skill in conducting thorough feasibility studies and site assessments.

Risk Management : Expertise in identifying potential risks and developing effective mitigation strategies.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively. Negotiation : Strong negotiation skills to handle contracts, procurement, and stakeholder agreements.

Team Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. Leadership : Strong leadership qualities to guide teams and ensure project goals are met. Decision-Making : Effective decision-making skills to address challenges and make informed choices under pressure.
