Job Description Shape and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients Prepare and submit proposals, within time-frame and following up until closed Facilitate an effective hand-off to the project manager, engineers and architects Monitor budgets throughout the construction process Evaluate and prepare pricing for change orders.

Update & maintain accurate pipeline reports, track leads, bookings, forecasting, reporting Review comments from accessibility consultant and ensure the comments get incorporated into the construction plans Create and manage RFP's for contractor proposals Analyze contractor proposals for accuracy and conformance to budge MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
