Pay
Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $58458 - $76800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a construction cost database, including researching new products and vendor partners for pricing substantiation
Create preliminary and final conceptual estimates, project schedules, and assemble samples of comparable projects
Attend pre-bid walk-throughs, perform preliminary property condition assessments, and coordinate with design professionals to manage design within budget
Manage internal stakeholders' engagement and responsibilities, establish and maintain the Master Progress Schedule, and ensure project compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Administer project documents, execute contracts and consulting agreements, and coordinate with senior management to assign vendor partners to project teams based on capabilities, timing, and other relevant factors
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management or related field; relevant experience may substitute for degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in conceptual estimating of commercial development projects and estimating of commercial construction projects with project management
Working knowledge of construction industry related operations and business practices and general understanding of commercial construction
Working knowledge of project management methodologies and practices
Fluency in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of AIA contracts and ability to read and understand contract documents
