The BPS team is recruiting dynamic, experienced project managers and entrepreneurial operators to play a key role in designing, testing, and launching new value-added service offers to expand our portfolio of practice solutions to dentists offices nationwide. Its a unique opportunity to play a lead role in refining the BPS strategy and growing this important segment of our business.
The Experience We Are Looking For:
5-7 years of related experience in the markets & segments pertaining to the venture-e.g., healthcare, dental, insurance billing preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years in mid-level Business Development/Operations-type roles in new and more mature, successful ventures
The ideal candidate will possess:
Customer centric, growth driver. Strong ability to influence and bond with customers at all levels.
Self-starter and fast learner with strong ability to energize and inspire others
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both listening and presentation
Strong organizational skills and disciplined work ethic
Willingness to travel as required
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify market growth opportunities to grow share in new and existing markets and segments- through deep assessment of customers unmet needs/VOC, competitive offers, etc.
Define strategy, define value proposition, and develop initial venture concepts
Identify assumptions across demand, supply, and economics- and prioritize those most critical to concept success
Design and conduct synthetic and in-market tests/pilots to validate & des-risk initial initiatives
Manage, monitor, & communicate progress positives and challenges. Establish & update KPIs / reporting benchmarks & timelines; communicate critical risks to Manager
Deliver go/no-go recommendations based on market test results
Develop and execute launch/commercialization strategies and detailed plans
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to support venture concept id.,testing, and launch
