The Practice Performance Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing operations, enhancing the patient experience, and driving growth across our multiple locations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and analytical skills to oversee the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of our dental practices.

Responsibilities:
Analyze, develop, and implement strategies to improve practice efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Review and follow systems to ensure operational efficiency.
Track expenses and oversee financial management to ensure profitability.
Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each practice such as collection ratio, patient retention rate, cancellation rate, new patient percentage, and treatment acceptance rate. Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Oversee and optimize the patient scheduling process to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction.
Conduct and lead regular monthly meetings with Office Leads to review performance and strategize improvements.
Assist in hiring, training, and performance evaluation for team members.
Collaborate with the Business Improvement Team (BIT) and other key stakeholders to drive practice growth and success.
Implement strategies to enhance the patient experience from appointment scheduling to treatment completion and payment.
Ensure practice systems are completed using best practices to provide high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred but not required).
Reliable transportation to all offices
Experience in multi dental practice management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Financial management expertise.
