Job Summary:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • RN required with bachelor's degree in business administration, health administration, or related discipline. Masters in healthcare or business administration preferred. Six (6) to eight (8) years practice management experience preferably within a health system. Experience working in physician-led, integrated healthcare delivery organization a plus. Demonstrated experience with managing multiple medical practices simultaneously.

  • Possesses a detailed knowledge of practice workflow processes and ability to recognize needed changes and implement solutions. Ability to analyze practice operational problems, develop effective techniques for resolution, drive needed change and achieve support for change.

  • Consistently demonstrates excellent customer service skills and communication skills including the ability to demonstrate diplomacy and tact with internal and external colleagues.

  • Skill in exercising a high degree of independence, initiative, judgment, discretion, and follow-through on a wide range of sensitive and complex issues in order to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Proven business acumen and analytical skills. Understanding of financial analysis concepts and ability to use financial tools (budgets and forecasts) to measure, manage and communicate business performance.

  • Comprehensive understanding of revenue cycle processes, including ability to analyze, refine and improve these processes (patient registration, charge entry, eligibility verification, point of service collections, coding, and denial management).

  • Proven success as a team player who can build collaborative relationships across the organization and maintain effective working relationships with employees, physicians, and hospital peers and leaders.

  • Ability to ensure clinical workflows, in-office procedures and ant in office high level disinfection etc. are monitored for compliance and are up to date to align with most recent standards

  • Knowledge and experience in working with practice management software systems with the ability to direct workflow in order to optimize operations.

  • Proven engagement with physicians, and ability to provide valuable insights and logical explanations when faced with difficult questions. Previous experience in building a partnership between physicians and administration.

  • Proven ability to be a creative and innovative thinker.

  • Proven knowledge of how to get things done in a complex organization and ability to handle an ambiguous and changing environment.

  • Takes accountability and responsibility for own actions. Acts on own authority without deferring responsibility to senior management.
