Overview:

  • Directly responsible for the daily operations and staff supervision of more than two physician business units or a single practice with a unique program or services including multiple providers and co-workers.

  • Ensures professional and technical operation of clinical units with moderate to high complexity and that all policies and procedures are followed on a day-to-day basis.

  • May supervise other Practice Managers and Practice Coordinators.

  • Responsible for independent management of the business units in accordance with Clinic Initiatives

  • Reports directly to Director or VP of Operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.

  • Experience: 6 or more years experience in a physician or medical office.

Esse Health is currently seeking a full-time LPN/Office Float for its' Comprehensive Primary Care office located at 13303 Tesson Ferry in South county! In this role, the LPN will perform a variety of functions in the office and float to cover, as needed. Back office functions may include assisting in examination and treatment of patients, interviewing patients, measuring vital signs such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height, and recording information in the patients chart or EMR. This position will also cover phones, scheduling appointments and performing phlebotomy. This individual is highly visible in their interactions with patients and must therefore project a positive office image at all times including smiling; greeting patients with enthusiasm; and maintaining an upbeat, positive attitude in all interactions with patients and coworkers. Preferred Qualifications: Formal training which will probably be indicated by a graduation certificate from an accredited LPN school of nursing. One or more years of experience, current nursing license in MO, dedication to patient satisfaction, ability to communicate effectively and ability to work compatibly with physicians and other staff members.
