Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to optimize practice performance. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and growth. Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes. Manage multiple budgets
Education: High school diploma or equivalent, College degree preferred Experience: Three years of proven experience working within a medical practice required.#Prior supervisory/ management experience strongly preferred.
