Responsibilities and Qualifications
Provide ongoing management of the Mercy Health Network (MHN) clinics to provide for the satisfaction of patients, efficiency of operation, and development of clinic practices to meet future demands as a progressive care delivery system. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Because you're committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That's why you'll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:
Education: Bachelor or Masters Degree or, applicable related experience may be considered toward education requirement.
Must communicate effectively in written and verbal form. Knowledge of Office Management and Human Resource practices. Knowledge of Health Care Administrative Principles and be computer literate.
Experience: Requires a minimum of three years experience in a Health Care setting or other acceptable management experience. Other: Ability to excercise initiative, problem solving, decision making and to apply policies and principles to solve everyday problems and deal with a variety of situtations. Ability to read, understand and follow written and oral instruction.
Must remain calm and react effectively during situations. Must be able to communicate clearly, establish and maintain effective working relationships with Physicians, Patients, Staff and the Public. Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities.
Equipment Used: Must be able to operate multi-line phone, fax, computer and copier. Preferred Education: Related Bachelor or Masters Degree.
