Seeking a Practice Manager for our Capital Regional Women's Health Practice who provides leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role:

  • You will plan, develop, organize, implement and direct the day-to-day functions of the clinics and its programs and activities to insure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction

  • You will manage staff performance including supervising, coaching/counseling front office and clinical staff daily and interviewing, hiring, and training new staff

  • You will review the practice's policies and procedures to make recommendations for continued compliance/current regulations and interpret policies/procedures to employees, patients, family members, government agencies, etc.

  • You will address issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients and seek out appropriate leaders or partners to problem solve and process improve

  • You will market the practice in the local community and maintain a good public relations program

  • You will develop the practice budget including pull profit and loss responsibility of the physician practice, including revenue, expenses and budgeting

  • You will identify strategy for growth and execute plans to achieve growth goals

What Qualifications are Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent is highly preferred (appropriate experience may be substituted for educational requirements)

  • 3 years of experience in a healthcare or clinic setting.

  • OB/GYN experience.

  • Prior leadership or management experience in physician practice.

  • Experience managing providers and staff is required.

  • Experience managing net revenue.

  • Proven track record in growing physician practice revenues and volumes

  • Physician Practice marketing expertise with a variety of tactics to grow and develop business

  • Some travel may be required (very minimal)

The Administrative Assistant III-SES acts as the assistant to the Inspector General and serves as the office support services liaison with other offices in the department, other governmental agencies and general public to resolve day-to-day office maintenance issues. Independently routes correspondence and assignments to managers and office staff. Provides follow up for the Inspector General to ensure that matters are adequately addressed. Represents the Inspector General in administrative matters as authorized. * Coordinates, assembles and processes all personnel actions including assisting in the preparation of position descriptions and development of organizational and staffing charts, and maintenance of all files. Assists all Office of Inspector General staff with personnel related questions, including performing research as required. Monitors the completion of the mid-cycle and final employee evaluations. * Serves as the Office of Inspector General's public records coordinator ensuring compliance with the department's procedure and the requirements of law. Coordinates with the Office of General Counsel on redaction of confidential and exempt data as appropriate. * Serves as the Office of Inspector General's Unit Custodian for property management, responsible for inventory, maintenance and disposition of inventory. * The incumbent will be privy to confidential information and will be expected to protect that information as appropriate against misuse or disclosure.
