St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a Practice Manager to join our Richboro Family Medicine Team!

Shift: Full-time, days

The Practice Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic practice, including employee scheduling, billing and collections, and adhering to applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.

• Develop policies and procedures to ensure all services provided by MHA and Hospitalist physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants are billed accurately and on a timely basis.

• Seeks creative problem solving to develop suitable situations for all parties involved.

• Determine appropriate staffing levels to complete required tasks. Establishes a staff work schedule for each month in advance.

• Supervises Billing Manager in the performance of their duties.

• Establishes and maintains cooperative and productive relationships with all offices and external contacts and collaborates as necessary.

• Works closely with Operations managers and completes all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
• 5+ year of previous Supervisory experience in a Physician's office
