The Practice Manager reports directly to the Director of Central Carolina Physician Practices.

Required Education : Associates degree in applicable field preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in applicable field preferred. Experience greater than 8 years in office management in lieu of degree. Other: Minimum of 8 years work experience in physician practice operations management including thorough understanding of front office, back office, and business office functions.

Experience in budgeting, physician demand analyses and practice start-ups preferred. Highly proficient working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
