The Patient Liaison Coordinator is primarily responsible for developing and fostering professional relationships between community providers and EyeCare Partners and its network of Ophthalmology specialty services, as well as employee team relations. The Practice Liaison Coordinator will execute initiatives related to increasing loyalty and preference to EyeCare Partners affiliates among internal and external provider referral sources.
Location: Henrico, VA and Colonial Heights, VA
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Position includes use of creative marketing and social media marketing. Candidate must be computer savvy. Working knowledge of software design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is strongly desired. Efficient use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel is required.
Our practice hosts several community, physician and staff events throughout the year. We strive to make our events enjoyable for everyone, including you! Team Building is a big part of our team structure at CECA. All events are a collaborative effort, so a team player mentality is a must.
Excellent communication skills and professionalism are essential as you will be working closely with physicians, both within our practice and in the local community. A portion of your time will be spent visiting local doctors to keep them informed of our available services and address any needs they may have.
Develop, plan and facilitate a regular cadence of educational seminars, dinners, meet and greets between current and potential referral sources for our physicians and team.
Actively partner with business development, liaison program manager, marketing, operations, along with other corporate resources, to co-develop overall organic growth strategies, market analysis, and identify/execute on best practices for organic growth.
Work with practice leader and liaison program manager to develop and maintain internal and external company liaison-related marketing initiatives.
Monitor co-management relationships with practice doctors, external referral sources, and team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Physician relations experience desired
Excellent time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent project management skills
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in event planning, graphic design, social media management, and analytics
