As a Population Health practice lead, you will align and enhance business relationships between Healthcare payer and provider clients and IQVIA's population health consulting and services teams for optimal client outcomes. You leverage your experience to build trusted relationships with key client executives, consult with clients on strategy and operations of their organization, and provide recommendations for performance improvement which may include one or more commercially available solutions or services. As a key member of the Healthcare Technology leadership team you will develop an accountability-based client relationship that promotes sustained alignment and continuous performance improvement, provide executive oversight for population health consulting engagements, and ensure strategy is executed and value is delivered.
You manage strategic alignment and tactical coordination with strategic partners; establish, track and report on program key performance indicators, meet/exceed agreed upon milestones and proactively manage client communication; and provide guidance and leadership to produce positive results for complex deliverables surrounded by ambiguity. You also manage a team providing transformation services to our clients, including but not limited to case managers, population health managers, clinicians, and technology implementation managers.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care or related field
Experience growing a consulting organization and/or Population Health service offering
Experience managing a $5M+ profit and loss (P&L)
Proven experience leading large, highly matrixed teams of functional (clinical and industry experts) and technical resources (software configuration specialists)
At least 7 years' health care information technology (HCIT) sales or consulting work experience
At least 10 years of health care/managed care consulting and/or leadership experience, or related professional services experience
Mastery level knowledge and understanding of managed care, value-based reimbursement, program management, and primary care practice transformation
Willing to travel up to 60% as needed
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
