  • Working with customers to collect conditions necessary to close loan.

  • Communicating with customers 2x per week minimum to help them understand where we are in the process with their loan closing.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of an additional 2 years of sales in a financial services or credit environment

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales support experience in a financial services or credit environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business Banking sales and product knowledge

  • Consultative selling and profiling experience

  • Proven organizational skills

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor

  • General knowledge of Business Banking sales and product knowledge

  • Proven track record of working well in a team environment

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task

  • PC and internet proficiency
