Job Description: #Directs day-to-day operations of a larger medical office practice. Supervises substantial number of employees, in many cases at multiple office locations.

Follows established standards and practices, assuring skilled financial management and excellent customer relations in a safe environment.

Minimum Requirements:
#Bachelors degree in business or clinical discipline. Management experience in medical practice setting required.

Experience in healthcare insurance billing including HMOs, Medicare, Medical Assistance, and other third party insurers. Knowledgeable of medical practice operations, including but not limited to, physician billing and coding, personnel management, scheduling, expense management and insurance regulations. Knowledgeable of federal and state laws and regulations affecting patients, staff, vendors, visitors, etc. Operational practice management training in budgeting, related computer systems, human resources work, customer service
