Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm and on Tuesday 9:00am to 7:00pm

Location: 192 Rte. 117 Bypass Rd, Bedford Hills, NY 10507

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service

• Provide patient appointment and procedure scheduling both on the telephone and in the office

• Reschedule patient appointments a needed using EMR

• Assist with staff scheduling and assist manager as needed

• Demonstrate professionalism in appearance and actions with patient, staff, physicians, and administrators

• Maintains confidentiality of patient information

• Provide accurate information so that all departments may view and print schedule for the appointments daily

• Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)

• Intermediate level of computer proficiency

• Able to work evening hours as part of schedule

Preferred Qualification:

• 1+ years of experience in customer service with strong communication skills both in per person and via phone
• EMR/EHR knowledge

New York Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $16.00 to $27.31 per hour.
