Brigham and Women's Harbor Medical Associates, a member of Mass General Brigham Medical Group, is a multispecialty, primary care practice with more than 65 physicians. The Opportunity

We are seeking a Full-time, 40-hour Practice Assistant to support our Primary Care clinic onsite Monday through Friday. Our practice is open 7:00am-5:00pm and we stagger shifts accordingly during that time.

Dedicated to administrative support, Practice Assistants serve as the gatekeepers of our practices and ensure that teams are delivering the highest quality experience that exceeds our patients' expectations. Responsibilities include check in, check out, patient scheduling, collecting balance due and co-payments, completing tasks in Epic in basket and work queues and serving as the first point of contact for patient appointments.
