The MultiCare Health System Neurology Department is looking for a BE/BC Adult Neurologist who specializes in Multiple Sclerosis to join its thriving practice within the South Puget Sound region. This opportunity offers excellent departmental collegiality with sixteen Neurology providers in the department, several with subspecialty practices. Currently the department experiences a desirable 1:10 for weekend call only, with no stroke call responsibility and three Neuro Hospitalists covering M-Th and Friday until 5.

We are looking for a fellowship trained physician to join our collaborative, friendly group of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) specialists. MultiCare's established MS practice is highly supported by the organization, including a dedicated social worker, a research institute and the ability to offer patients comprehensive care, including mental health, urology, PMR (rehab medicine), neuropsychology, speech/PT/OT and sleep medicine.

VIEW JOBS 1/9/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-04-08T00:00 Reporting to the Vice President of Nephrology Practice Solutions ("NPS"), the Chief Medical Officer is a key member of the NPS Leadership Team that provides clinical leadership of NPS and maintains physician relationships. Specifically the Chief Medical Officer leads the Nephrology Practice Solutions Physician Council and is responsible for efforts to improve clinical outcomes. In particular, the Chief Medical Officer provides leadership of NPS quality programs and metrics (inclusive of CKD Quality Metrics, Practice Pilot Studies, Advancing Home Modalities and Transplant Initiatives and CCM/TCM, among others) and clinical research. The Chief Medical Officer also provides leadership of CMMI and other integrated kidney care initiatives for NPS practices. The Chief Medical Officer is responsible for performance management of physicians and advanced practitioners within NPS nephrology practices – including celebrating successes and addressing performance issues as well as for driving scalable nephrology practice operational and clinical performance as practices grow. The Chief Medical Officer also assists NPS Leadership with business development initiatives and acquisitions and serves as a spokesperson for physicians affiliated with NPS to other potentially interested practices. In addition, the Chief Medical Officer serves as a member/owner of NPS' related entities that operate in accordance with corporate practice of medicine regulations in certain states. The Chief Medical Officer will provide advice to business leadership on all physician matters and provide perspectives on continuous improvement of practices and guidance in how to achieve goals and meet growth expectations. Nephrology Practice Solutions is an independent business within DaVita, Inc. that provides services that help nephrology practices operate efficiently. We work with physicians who are committed to providing outstanding clinical and integrated kidney care to patients. NPS provides unique nephrology specific business solutions including: Coding Review, Credentialing, Consulting (including practice assessments, practice mergers and acquisitions), Collections and Recruiting. NPS utilizes comprehensive business metrics and employs a dashboard reporting approach to drive performance that empowers physician practices to achieve greater success. Additionally, NPS owns and operates nephrology practices in select markets across the country.
