Q Analysts is looking for an experienced professional to lead our Ground Truth Data Collection Practice. Job involves creating and implementing process and practices for different lines of data collection as well as leading teams of data collection technicians involved in collection efforts both nationally and internationally for various clients.
Data capture will include all forms of speech, human motion and spaces among others. We are looking for a passionate individual that is experienced with team leadership and a strong ability to collaborate on process and ideas with Clients. The right candidate will help develop our service offering, scale up our onsite and offsite teams, provide pre-sales support on various initiatives to new and existing clients, hands-on direction, planning and execution of new and ongoing efforts and program management and status reporting to our Client's.
Ground truth data collection is the foundation to the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning industry, and your footprint on these projects will impact the next generation of consumer devices. If you are a self starter and can drive results then this is the role for you. This role is based in our Q TestLab in Kirkland, WA.
Role includes:
Experience with ground truth data collection processes for speech, human gestures and spaces
Provide leadership and oversight over multiple teams of data collection technicians and moderators at multiple client sites globally
Devise and implement processes, documentation, and cross functional reporting for ground truth projects for various clients
Implement innovative ways of executing on data collection projects including establishing national and international partnerships for speech, human gesture and spaces capture
Communicate the plan/updates/status effectively to the client
Support pre-sales efforts and provide high level consulting to our clients
The ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and come up with viable solutions when problems present themselves
Background in data capture for audio, video, motion and spaces among others is a plus
Strong leadership skills
Ability to creating marketing collateral and support sales strategy
Strong interpersonal communications skills
