Job Description

As a PPC Specialist at Daxko, you will manage and continuously optimize our customers' websites via a repeatable PPC program to ensure maximum lead generation. You will own the SEO strategy for Integrated Websites customers by optimizing all content, including the website, landing pages, blog posts and content pieces, to align with the customer's current strategy.


  • Implement and analyze split testing campaigns and landing pages.

  • Measure and analyze digital content effectiveness through tools such as Google Analytics, Onpage SEO, and Local SEO to optimize website performance.

  • Utilize a combination of best practices and creative problem solving to continually test and improve customer's website performance.

  • Consistently and effectively communicate with customers to keep them informed of their website's performance metrics, make action suggestions to customers based on their performance.

  • Manage customer inquiries related to website performance.

  • Work closely with the Integrated Website Team and Product Team to stay up to date on the website product offering.


  • Minimum 6-12 months experience running Facebook Campaigns.

  • Preferred 6-12 months experience with Onpage SEO and Local SEO (Directory listings)

  • WordPress experience (including landing page build-out)

  • Experience with SEM tools (Google Analytics & Facebook Pixel)

  • Experience Split Testing (ads and landing pages)

  • Direct customer interaction experience

  • Experience managing multiple customer accounts at one time.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

  • Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced environment, and ability to prioritize/meet deadlines within specific time constraints.

  • Extreme attention to detail

  • Ability to effectively work on your own, with a team, and with customers.

  • Strong English, editorial, and creative writing skills

Summary: This position will provide subject matter expertise for consumer and moderately complex commercial loans to conduct an accurate and detailed review of various types of loan documents, as well as collaborating with the lending teams to perform due diligence activities that comply with both regulatory and internal documentation standards. Essential Job Skills and Knowledge * Basic knowledge of loan systems and loan functions as identified in Job Duties Addendum * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Critical thinking skills * Ability to challenge the status quo * Open to change * Ability to influence others * Ability to deliver high quality professional and service to internal and external customers * Operates with a sense of urgency * Contributes to the team's success * Results oriented and detail driven Job Duties Addendum: Loan Documentation Specialist 1 * Analyze consumer or non-real estate commercial requests (including new money deals, renewals, modifications and extensions) to validate appropriate lending authority, covenants, terms and conditions are in accordance with credit policy guidelines, procedures and regulatory requirements. * Perform due diligence and create loan packages for Bankway consumer or commercial loans, working with Lending teams to resolve issues/contingencies prior to loan closings. * Complete all required due diligence activities are properly conducted and approved, such as a detailed review of entity documentation, UCC's searches, etc., Ensure that all exceptions are addressed at, or prior to loan closing, and any waivers or deviations from policy are properly documented. * Assign appropriate loan codes applicable to customer, loan type, purpose, collateral, etc. * Create/review and deliver accurate loan documentation packages in a timely manner while ensuring that the final package correctly incorporates the terms of the credit approval document, as well as regulatory and internal credit and policy standards. * Build strong relationships with Lending teams, as assigned. Minimum Qualifications * 1-3 years or greater consumer or commercial loan experience * Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment * FIS Bankway, Laser Pro, experience preferred * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience The above statements intend to describe the general nature and level of the work performed by people assigned to this work.
