As a PP Laminator you will be laminating polypropylene panels per work order.
Currently there is an opening for a PP Laminator in our Plastics division on 3rd shift (Monday
Plastics PP Laminator: Starting at $21.54 per hour!
Key Responsibilities:
Determine the customer requirements per the work order.
Turn on laminator to correct heat settings.
Check gap distance between the rollers.
Insert polypropylene panel into the laminator.
Trim cut panels with safety knife.
Perform and record all necessary information to ensure traceability and quality.
Report production results at the end of the shift on all necessary documents and or software.
Properly identify all material to ensure traceability.
Follow all work orders and process specifications.
Maintain equipment in good working condition.
Assist panel saw operator as needed.
Package finished product.
Provide the customer with the best value including Cost, Quality, and Delivery by being efficient, productive, and careful.
Improve job efficiency and performance through idea suggestions.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Perform all reasonably related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work overtime
Mechanically inclined
