The Architectural Solutions team at Faith Technologies is focused on helping clients be better at what they do based on how they define and measure success. We use energy as a framework for asking great questions defining and prioritizing and measuring improvements.

This position is responsible for the initial and ongoing assessments, needs analysis, opportunity identification, initial business case for prioritization, and ongoing documentation of results. Initial assessments are based on data driven IEEE 519 standards. Periodic or ongoing assessments are based on data from multiple sources including metered data platforms, information from utilities, advisory platforms, site visits, and client interviews around results and changing business needs.

The Power Quality Project Developer will be comfortable acting as a discipline lead in any multi-disciplined environment, he/she will play an active roll in managing customer expectations and support the execution team's overall responsibility for the project estimate, schedule, and overall project performance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline or related technical field

  • Experience: 5 or more years of working experience in project design or energy industry experience related to power quality (Supervisory experience preferred)

Required Certifications and Licenses:

  • Valid state driver's license and satisfactory driving record

  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or equivalent

  • Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.)

  • Certified Commissioning Provider (CCP) or equivalent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides customer facing power quality business development functions.

  • Primary responsibility for the identification and diagnosis of customer power quality problems and lead team to develop remediation solutions.

  • Interacts with clients, other groups within Faith Technologies, and subcontractors to collaborate on solution development.

  • Provides thought leadership and education on power quality topics for both internal and external clients.

  • Assists with development of engineering design standards and procedures.

  • Co-develops technical solutions with internal and external partners.

  • Establishes design criteria for power quality projects.

  • Develops power quality solutions into budgetary proposals for presentation to clients.

  • Acts as a resource on project estimating.

  • Develops written scope of work for formal proposals, estimating and contractual purposes.

  • Participates and supports sales with client presentations of proposed solutions.

  • Provides guidance to the project execution team to ensure construction activities comply with specifications, customer requirements and industry standards.

  • Oversees transfer of project from proposal to execution on client accepted solutions.

  • Monitors progress of projects in execution to ensure solutions are complying with customer requirements/expectations.

  • Participates in the risk mitigation review of business solutions, technical solutions, and energy guarantees.

  • Analyzes measured data from installed measurement equipment including, power recorders, and other data acquisition systems.

  • Consistently follows Faith Technologies established design standards.

  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

The Power Electronics Product Manager is responsible for all power electronic products used in DCentrIQ Products and Systems. Developing Power Electronic partnerships, working with supplier and/or product development team to accommodate power electronic products for use in DCentrIQ products and systems. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent * Experience: Minimum of 5 years (10 preferred) in power electronics product management role KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop power electronic sourcing plan. * Develop supplier/partners in consideration of cost, technical functionality, collaboration of DCentrIQ technology integration in supplier products. * Provide commercial and technical support to the product development team. * Act as the coordinator with suppliers and the product development team technically and financially. * Work with the DCentrIQ growth team for determining the market needs and optimal power electronic products. * Work with sourcing team to assure best cost and assure the product meets all the technical needs of the product development group including Financial, technical and collaboration evaluation and recommendation of partners/suppliers. * Manage power electronic product life cycle to support DCentrIQ product road map. * Drive new product ideas through the product development team. * Communicate and train internal customers(product development team, growth team, systems team) with respect to product details and specifications, product advantages, product applications and product benchmark compared to alternative providers.
