This position is located in our Lafayette, LA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the customer to understand the business need, architect, design, prototype, implement and test solutions to effectively handle data collection, data aggregation, dissemination, workflow automation, dashboards and reports utilizing MS Power Platform.

• Follow agile practices, work with Scrum Master and Product Owner to develop

roadmaps, Release Plan, Sprint Goals, PBI refinement and Sprint Retrospectives.

• Gather, document, validate user stories, acceptance criteria, participate in sprint planning and sprint reviews, and facilitate meetings as necessary.

• Support application testing, and UAT as necessary.

• Have a strong understanding of the system being developed to be able to plan, prepare and facilitate user trainings.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills working with the business.

• This position requires at least 5 years of experience supporting software development using

Microsoft Platforms, Databases, and Cloud Infrastructure, i.e. Azure and Office 365

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power

Automate, and Power BI analytical reports.

• Experience using Microsoft Dataverse.

• Work effectively with Developers, Testers, PMs, and BAs supporting development

and maintenance of applications throughout full life.

• Well-versed in web technologies and modern architecture and be familiar with best

practices

• Experience working directly with clients, providing guidance to them as well as internal

teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to conduct meetings and trainings using MS teams.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $54200 to 135200.
