Armanino's Consulting practice leads companies in the creation of next-generation outcomes for our clients. We help clients improve processes, use the latest technology platforms, leverage data as an asset, increase automation, simplify their work, and meet their goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client projects around requirements gathering, design, and implementation of software solutions with Power Platform capabilities that often involve complex processes across multiple platforms, especially Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain.

• Know and understand how to implement Power Platform Governance at scale through various kits such as the Center of Excellence Starter Kit and Automation Kit. Be confident in the ability to understand and design Power Pages implementations focused on external user access.

• Utilize the full suite of Microsoft Power Platform with a focus on extending the Power Platform with AI capabilities including AI models, machine learning algorithms, and natural language processing (NLP) to create intelligent and context-aware applications/processes.

• Design AI-powered automation workflows using Power Automate, enhancing productivity and reducing manual intervention in business processes.

• Be an invested leader both externally on projects and internally within Armanino. Act as a liaison between project teams, project stakeholders, and C-Suite executives to drive effectiveness at all levels. Be willing to coach and invest in a growing team around Power Platform and AI best practices.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or master's degree with a concentration in Information Systems, Business or equivalent

• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform implementation experience, or other related implementation software. Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven apps experience are a must.

• Experience leading and directly contributing to design documentation, leveraging Azure DevOps, and experience designing wireframes for custom apps

• Ability to work independently and as a team player to effectively meet project deliverables on time while delivering quality work

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Possess outstanding analytical reasoning, problem solving and multi-tasking skills

• Excellent work ethic, positive energy and able to maintain a professional presence in difficult client facing situations

• Thrive on continuous learning and improvement

• Willingness to travel to client sites within the U.S. as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Power Platform Developer Associate or Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification

• Power Platform Governance and Power Pages experience is highly preferred

• Understanding of broader software development including JavaScript and C# is a plus

• PCF framework development knowledge or experience is a plus

• Data mapping and migration experience is a plus

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. Compensation Range for this position: $171,000-$210,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
