At LCRA, we are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join our team supporting the Thomas C. Ferguson Power Plant, Hilbig Gas Storage Facility and LCRA's new Timmerman Power Plant! In this role, you will be part of the team that leads with integrity and your expertise will contribute to keeping our facilities in compliance related to NERC, Texas Railroad Commission (RRC) and other various regulatory requirements associated with our facility's operations and maintenance.
In this position, you will need to report to one of these locations and travel to the others for your assignments: Thomas C Ferguson Plant in Horseshoe Bay, TX; Hilbig Gas Storage Facility in Bastrop, TX; and Timmerman Power Plant in Maxwell, TX.
You will be trusted to:
At a senior level work with facility staff and management to monitor, track and perform analysis related to gas storage and power plant regulatory compliance in coordination with LCRA's corporate compliance department.
Advise assigned group of pending revisions and / or changes in regulations and standards and anticipates impact on internal procedures.
Complete & Submit required reports to the Texas Railroad Commission which occurs on a Monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annual and Annual basis.
Ensure safekeeping of all objective evidence records used to demonstrate compliance. Implements and maintains records management structure, storage locations, retention requirements and file naming conventions of all objective evidence records used to demonstrate compliance.
Participate and cooperate with compliance audits by both internal and external entities.
