Job Title: Power Electronics Engineer
Job Description
We're seeking a proficient Power Electronics Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of electrical design experience, or a Master of Science Degree in Engineering and 8+ years of electrical design experience. In this role, you will be a pivotal part of our dynamic team, contributing to the development of new products, consulting with customers and sales personnel, preparing successful proposal designs, conducting trade studies and analyses, and documenting designs, analyses, and test results. You will also be expected to mentor junior engineers. Alternatively, we are also open to motivated other candidates who are eager to make a mark in the power electronics space.
Hard Skills
7 to 10 years of experience with power and electronics
Experience in designing PCB's
Proficiency in circuit design, analysis, and testing
Specialization in power electronics
Motor Drives- selecting components in the power system
Motion Control Experience
Soft Skills
Open to mentor, do proposals and lead the design team
Ability to contribute to a collaborative and knowledgeable atmosphere
Excellent teamwork skills
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in East Aurora, New York.
