Power BI Developer/Architect

Piper Companies is seeking a Power BI Developer/Architect for a growing technology driven organization based in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Power BI Developer/Architect will work a hybrid schedule commuting to the office a few days a week in Raleigh. The Power BI Developer/Architect will be responsible for reporting and data visualization needs of the organization. A successful candidate for the Power BI Developer/Architect will possess strong experience with Power BI models and administration.

Responsibilities for the Power BI Developer/Architect include:

• Gather, define, and translate business requirements into specifications

• Analyzes, maps and communicates current state and future state business processes

• Create reports and dashboards per the business requests

• Problem solve and support business unit issues and questions

Requirements for the Power BI Developer/Architect include:

• Over 5 years of data reporting and visualization development experience

• Strong experience with Power BI and SQL

• Experience working within an Agile environment

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience

Compensation of the Power BI Developer/Architect includes:

• $145,000 - $190,000 annually with a full comprehensive benefits

• Remote and will provide visa sponsorship if needed
