The Power and Controls Operational Excellence (OpEx) Business Analyst role will be responsible to the Power and Controls OpEx Lead. This role will be responsible for collaborating across the Power and Controls sites on business analytics supporting Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning as well as Materials Management. This includes supporting existing reports as well as creating new ones, and working with Digital Operations in furthering the development and adoption of central tools.
Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Responsible for supporting the needs of the business from a top-down as well as a bottoms-up perspective.
Regular tasks will include data analysis and reporting, interaction with several groups across the business (requiring excellent communication skills).
This role will socialize tools across the sites and functions, gathering feedback and sharing best practices with team members across sites.
Tasks also include metrics-gathering and support of macro planning, PDPR, Profit Assurance, and other monthly and quarterly reviews.
Candidates for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree or three years of prior relevant
Extensive ERP knowledge
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL, Business Objects
Solid work ethic with a focus on collaboration to drive business results
Business analytics experience with demonstrated analytical skills
Demonstrated proficiency in ERP systems, SAP and SAP IBP preferred
Highly skilled in utilizing data based problem solving methodologies to identify root cause and define solutions
Conscientious and detail-oriented
Candidate must be a US Person. (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)
Experience in SI&OP or IBP
Experience with Alteryx and Python
