General Job Description:

In this position, the Powder Coat Group Leader sets up and operates five stage washer, dryer, bake over and powder coating equipment. Prep work experience is a must. The Powder Coat Supervisor also works closely with the Plant Supervisor and others to accomplish all tasks and goals. Responsible for overseeing the work of all powder coaters and hangers.

• Knowledge * of OSHA and other environmental requirements in compliance with all * federal, state and local laws and regulations *
• Ability * to read and understand blueprints *
• Experience * in the utilization of lean manufacturing practices and ISO/TS * Quality Systems *
• * Five years Supervisor experience required
• Ability * to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
