Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks a full-time Quality Improvement (QI) Administrative Assistant. The QI Administrative Assistant will provide a wide range of general clerical support to the Quality Improvement Department, including but not limited to taking meeting minutes, composing correspondence, copying, faxing, emailing, coordinating meetings.
The QI Administrative Assistant will also assist with tracking, compiling, entering, and analyzing patient experience survey reports, assist with updating the Quality Improvement Programs SharePoint Pages, assist with developing audit and surveillance tools and participate in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences in support of departmental objectives and organizational initiatives.
The successful candidate will be mission driven and will be an example-setting, dedicated professional, solution-based problem solver, knowledgeable resource, aware, effective communicator and community-minded advocate, strong skills in organization, prioritization, problem solving, and communication are essential.
The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision is expected.
Requires excellent oral and written English, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), organizational, and customer service skills.
Must be able to multi-task, problem solve, thrive in a dynamic work environment, and enjoy working with a variety of people.
Administrative office, non-profit, and/or healthcare experience a plus; High School Diploma or GED required
