SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST

(Bilingual Spanish / Creole Preferred)

We are seeking a talented, dynamic, and innovative School Psychologist who has the passion of supporting students by creating a safe and accepting environment for learning, assist them overcome behavioral challenges and fostering of their emotional well-being. The candidate must demonstrate a commitment to innovation and interdisciplinary methods of psychological support while collaborating with all stakeholders.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Counseling, Psychological/Educational Evaluations

• CSE Sub-Committee Chairperson duties

• Crisis intervention

• Collaboration with teachers & other school personnel for social-emotional learning and interventions

• Attend on-going professional learning

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: NYSED School Psychologist Certification

Immediate Supervisors: Mr. Carl Baldini, Director of Special Education

Dr. Monique Habersham, School Principal

Duration: 2024-2025 School Year

Salary: Per WTA Contract
