Postdoctoral Fellow, Ob/Gyn-Population And Prevention

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

The Postdoctoral Fellow position will provide a variety of research support activities to assist with existing research and to support the objective of increased grant submissions and awards to expand the Division's external funding.

Duties for this new position include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct literature searches.

• Assist with the design and administration of surveys.

• Conduct qualitative interviews with patients and staff.

• Support and assist with grant and manuscript submissions.

• Conduct, report, and present research in his/her field of study under the supervision of the principal investigator.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

PhD in Clinical Science with a scholarly concentration in Health Services

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Training in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, including design of observational and evaluative studies, survey/instrument design, data collection, biostatistical analysis with proficiency in R and SAS, use of large administrative databases, and scientific writing for publication in peer-reviewed journals.

SALARY:

Commensurate with experience.
