Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain cell lines, develop novel differentiation protocols in iPSC cells in a 3D bioprinting format, develop organ-on-a-chip platforms, animal surgeries, collect data, create experimental designs
Maintain lab notebook, analyze data, supervise undergraduate interns work on related research projects
Grant writing
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
PhD
Expertise in human stem cell culture
Expertise in human neural progenitor cell culture
Expertise in 3D bioprinting techniques
Experience in rodent surgery models
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in grant writing
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with the development of animal models
Experience with tissue clearing
Experience with human neural organoid culture
Experience with patch clamp electrophysiology
Experience with statistical analysis of experimental data in R, Python and Matlab
Experience working with RNAseq samples/data
