Post Closing Coordinator (Contract)

As the Post Closing Coordinator position handles a variety of tasks to support the post closing processes. An example is following up with settlement agents regarding closed loan packages that have not yet been received. These loan files are required as the first step in the post closing process.

Position Location: 4201 Marsh Lane, Carrollton, TX

Position Details: Contract

What you will do:

• Maintains a fluctuating pipeline of missing loan packages and follows up to ensure delivery

• Requests closed loan packages and tracking information for loans where packages have not been received in the normal SLA time frame

• Creates and maintains conditions documenting follow up activity and loan status

• Works new conditions within 24 hours of assignment

• Follows up on all loans daily until resolution

• Works with a sense of urgency to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

• Works within Encompass to review loan data and upload documentation

• Meets all service level requirements

• Provides top tier level of customer service, including fast and accurate responses via telephone, email and instant message

• Will have the ability to prioritize and escalate loan level issues to leadership

• Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals

• Participates in weekly pipeline reviews with Team Lead to ensure loan packages are received timely

• Performs other duties and projects as assigned

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of office experience or equivalent experience in a related field
