We're seeking a highly motivated Post-Closing Administrator to join our team in Hunt Valley, MD! In this part-time role (20-30 hours per week), you'll play a vital role in finalizing loan files and ensuring they meet investor standards.

Responsibilities:

• Review loan documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

• Utilize Encompass (loan servicing software) to prepare closed loan files for delivery.

• Scan loan documents electronically.

• Proactively contact third parties to obtain any missing documentation.

• Complete special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required, Associate's degree in a related field (finance, business administration) preferred.

• Experience with Encompass a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Top-notch organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.

• Strong time management with the ability to prioritize and work independently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software programs (Adobe Acrobat etc.).
