Overview of Your Role As the Data Collection & Grant Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's resource development efforts.

You will be responsible for leading data collection initiatives, analyzing data to demonstrate the organization's impact, and managing post-award grant administration. This position requires close collaboration with various internal stakeholders, including the Director of Development & Grants, Site Directors, and the executive team, to ensure effective grant management and compliance with funding requirements. KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities): Data Collection and Analysis Lead and maintain quantitative and qualitative data collection efforts (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups) that effectively convey the organization's impact, goals, and values while satisfying specific funder needs.

Analyze and present data using appropriate tools and methods to support grant proposals and reporting requirements. Grant Administration Manage and coordinate post-award grant administration in close partnership with the Director of Development & Grants and appropriate stakeholders. Oversee the evaluation and monitoring of grant-funded programs, serving as a liaison to Site Directors for grant program management.

Develop and monitor grant budgets, ensuring funds are allocated and utilized effectively and efficiently in accordance with the approved budget. Reporting and Compliance Provide detailed reports to funders, showcasing program impact and outcomes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and best practices. Monitor paperwork and ensure that all grant-related documents are managed in compliance with the Uniform Guidance for Federal Awards and any additional governmental regulations as required.

Stay up-to-date on trends, best practices, and regulations in the field of grant writing and fundraising, sharing knowledge and expertise with program staff and senior management. Collaboration and Support Work collaboratively with the operations team, CDO, CEO, and CFO to develop and implement relevant metrics for effective grant management and fundraising. Coordinate with program staff to conduct grant evaluations and provide necessary information to support evaluation activities.

Provide additional support to Resource Development staff as needed, including attending events and programs to collect media materials and stories of impact. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support organizational goals and objectives. RELATIONSHIPS: Internal:

Maintain close contact with the Resource Development team and program staff to ensure stewardship of BGCCA donors, partners, and volunteers. External: Maintain positive and professional relationships with donors and key stakeholders. CREDENTIALS, SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred (e.g., Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or related field) 2 years of experience in data analysis, grant administration, or a related field Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and grant management software Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Successful Background check clearance The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to recruiting and hiring a diverse workforce.
